How do I order a cleaning?
Ordering household cleaning with us is done completely online through a quick form (Calculation button), where you will find available capacities, dates, and get immediate access to your profile. For general cleanings and cleanings for companies, pricing is done individually on a custom basis after you provide your contact information.
Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
You can be home during the cleaning, but you don't have to be - it's purely up to your comfort. You can also arrange with the housekeeper to close the door behind them after finishing the cleaning, or to lock up and drop the keys in the mailbox.
Will a dog/cat be a problem during the cleaning?
All our housekeepers are pet-friendly, so no pet is an obstacle for us.
Can I give my keys to my regular housekeeper?
At the moment, we do not systematically manage key care and are not directly responsible for them. Handing over keys to regular housekeepers is therefore based purely on trust. However, our housekeepers are reliable, and it is a fairly common practice among clients.
How does the household cleaning process work?
Order - after creating and paying for the order, we have all the information we need to carry out the cleaning.
Start of cleaning - at the selected time, one of our skilled housekeepers will arrive at your address and either ring the doorbell or call your phone number. Upon her arrival, ideally show her the household, the location of cleaning products, tools, garbage bags, and more. Tell the housekeeper your cleaning preferences and any special requirements. If the housekeeper is unsure about anything, she will definitely ask.
End of cleaning - at the end of the cleaning, just walk through the apartment with the housekeeper, confirm that everything is to your satisfaction, and say goodbye. We will then be very grateful if you fill out the rating form that we will send to your email.
Is it possible to order a non-standard cleaning? (e.g., pre-move-in cleaning, deep cleaning of one room, etc.)
Yes, but we price these cleanings individually according to specific requirements. The easiest way is to choose the category directly (households/companies) and send us the following in the form:
Size of the property or space plan
Description of the dirt or type of cleaning
Location where we will be cleaning
Whether equipment is available
Link to photos /en/ sending them to our email
Based on this information, we are able to assess the inquiry and comment more precisely on the possibilities of execution, usually in the form of a preliminary estimate and scope.
How do regular household cleanings work?
With regular cleanings, there is no need to order individual appointments separately. Everything is prepared in the background on our end, your permanent housekeeper comes to your home, and you just need to always pay for at least one cleaning in advance. We either send you a payment link to your email or you can top up your credit in the wallet in your user profile.
How do I reschedule a cleaning?
To change the date for household cleanings, please use your user profile:
Log in using the “Profile” button. An account is created automatically with the first order; you can use the “Forgot password” function.
In the order overview, click the “Details” button for the appointment you want to change.
Adjust the date to one that suits you best, select the time, and approve a possible replacement in case your regular housekeeper cannot make it on this date.

Is it a problem if our doorbell doesn't work?
A non-functioning doorbell is not a problem at all. The housekeepers have your phone number and will call if they can't get you on the doorbell.
Where can I find the invoices?
Invoices are available for download in the user profile in the “Invoices” section, usually 1-2 days after the cleaning has taken place. In addition, you can also download pro-forma tax documents here immediately after paying for the cleaning or topping up a larger amount of credit to your wallet.
For corporate clients, we send invoices to their email according to the agreed schedule.
What should I do if cleaning is not available in my area?
It is often not about the distance from the central city as such, but about the availability of public transport, which our housekeepers use for transportation. For this reason, it may happen that a neighboring town/village is open, but yours is not.
But you don't have to worry. We record the requested addresses where we do not clean and check whether the location is accessible for us to service - in such cases, we will contact you to let you know that the location has opened up.
How are the workers trained?
Our workers go through a three-stage selection process, theoretical and practical training. They also have extensive professional materials at their disposal, and we have all the necessary documents signed with them. They are also trained in health and safety /en/ fire protection and have a clean criminal record. Legal and fair cooperation for adequate remuneration according to current legislation is a high priority for us and allows us to achieve excellent results with our customers.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Quality is our priority. If you happen to be unsatisfied, please write to us at info@youklid.cz, preferably with photos, and we will do everything we can to find a solution together. After the cleaning, you will also receive a form asking for a rating, and we respond quickly to negative feedback.
