What is a deep cleaning?
A deep cleaning is more thorough than a regular cleaning, but it doesn't require specialized equipment like a general cleaning does. It takes longer than a standard cleaning from a housekeeper who handles ongoing, shorter maintenance. It's ideal, for example, as a spring cleaning – the housekeeper can use your equipment to clean the oven, wash smaller windows, or focus more on details that there's no time for during a regular cleaning.

Offered Extended Services
Standard Cleaning
Regular household cleaning with the option of ironing and washing, including the option of a regular visit by one permanent housekeeper.
Oven Cleaning
Removal of deposits, grease, and other dirt from a conventional, convection, or microwave oven.
Window and Glass Washing
We can handle simple, double-hung, as well as large French windows or other glass surfaces.
Refrigerator Cleaning
Includes removing all removable parts, such as shelves, drawers, and compartments, washing them carefully, and drying them.

A thorough kitchen cleaning that includes degreasing appliances, the hood, and the kitchen unit with detailed cleaning.

How much does a deep cleaning usually cost?
The price of cleaning ranges between 380–480 CZK /en/ hour incl. VAT, depending on the complexity and expertise of the required work. The price does not include cleaning equipment or material delivery – if needed, the usual price for transport and material ranges between 1,000–2,000 CZK incl. VAT per job.
Do I have to be present for the entire job?
In most cases, it is not necessary. It is ideal for both parties to be present at the beginning (to clarify the assignment) and at the end (to accept the finished work).
What consumables and materials do you supply?
Yes, we have our own professional equipment – industrial vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and concentrated cleaning chemicals. Upon request, we are also happy to deliver consumables such as soaps, toilet paper, towels, and other goods according to your needs.
What kind of background checks do the workers have?
Our workers regularly take care of regular household cleanings and meet the same criteria (clean criminal record, theoretical and practical training); those selected for these jobs also have experience with general and deep cleanings.
Do you have liability insurance?
We have liability insurance up to 10 million CZK with extended additional insurance. In case of specific requirements and orders, it is possible to further increase these limits.
